党中央治国理政政策思想与中国特色政策科学理论构建

【摘要】：本文提出一个关于党中央治国理政政策思想与中国特色政策科学构建的"研究纲领",主要论题包括:党中央治国理政的政策思想体系的形成、基本主题和构成体系;党中央治国理政的政策思想的实践检验、创新经验及其形成的政策实践风格;治国理政的政策思想对马克思主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义政策理论的继承、发展与创新;党中央治国理政的政策思想与中国特色政策科学的构建,即如何以党中央治国理政的政策思想为指导,构建中国特色政策科学的学科体系、理论体系和话语体系。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward a "research program" about the scientific construction of the Party Central Committee's thought of governing the country and the policies with Chinese characteristics. The main topics include: the formation, the basic theme and the constitution system of the policy thought system of the Party Central Committee;The Party Central Committee's policy thought of governing and managing the government, the practice test of the policy thought, the innovative experience and the policy practice style formed, the inheritance of the policy thought of governing the country and the administration of government to Marxism, Mao Zedong's thought and the socialist policy theory with Chinese characteristics,Development and innovation; the construction of the policy thoughts of the CPC Central Committee and the policy science with Chinese characteristics, that is, how to construct the discipline system, the theoretical system and the discourse system of the policy science with Chinese characteristics under the guidance of the policy thoughts of the CPC Central Committee.
