十八大以来党中央治国理政思想的内涵、核心要义与发展路向

【摘要】：治国理政思想是党的十八大以来以习近平同志为核心的党中央聚集全党全国各族人民的智慧,围绕国家的政治、经济、文化、社会、生态、党建、军事与外交等领域,为人民谋利而治国,为人民长久幸福而理政的执政实践的总和。要理解新时期党中央治国理政思想的核心要义,需要明晰其认知前提、把握其本质要求以及根本目标。创新发展是其灵魂,为民执政是其发展根本,深化改革是其发展动力,依法治国是其发展保障,从严治党是其发展关键,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观是其发展重点,提高文化软实力是其发展战略。
[Abstract]:The thought of governing the country and managing politics is the wisdom of the whole party and the people of all ethnic groups gathered by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core since the 18th National Congress of the Party. It revolves around the political, economic, cultural, social, ecological, party building, military and diplomatic fields of the country.The summation of the governing practice of governing for the benefit of the people and for the long-term happiness of the people.In order to understand the core meaning of the Party Central Committee's thought of governing and managing government in the new period, it is necessary to clarify its cognitive premise, grasp its essential requirements and basic goals.Innovation and development is its soul, governing for the people is its fundamental development, deepening reform is its motive force, governing the country by law is its development guarantee, running the party strictly is its key, cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism is the key to its development.Improving the soft power of culture is its development strategy.
