美国PACE模式及其对我国医养结合的启示

【摘要】：美国全方位养老服务计划(Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly,PACE)是一种成熟的医养结合模式,在运营理念、服务形式和内容、服务团队、支付体系以及适用性等方面具有优势,但也存在一些局限性。借鉴PACE模式,我国医养结合应该在宣传力度、服务能力、人才培养和融资渠道等方面需要不断改进和完善。
[Abstract]:The Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderlyn (PACEE) is a mature medical and nursing combination model, which has advantages in operation concept, service form and content, service team, payment system and applicability, but it also has some limitations.Using PACE model for reference, the combination of medical and nursing should be improved and perfected in the aspects of propaganda, service ability, talent training and financing channel.
