伊朗政治温和派的崛起及其影响

【摘要】：近5年来,伊朗政坛发生重大变化,其中最突出的特点是温和派政治力量的崛起。温和派之所以能够迅速崛起主要缘于伊朗国内外形势,得益于温和派自身在选举中与改革派结盟、选民对温和主义政治理念的广泛接受。鲁哈尼总统作为温和派政治力量的领袖一直践行温和主义的内外政策,就是对内推进经济改革、对外同世界各国进行建设性交流,带有明显的务实主义特征。在温和主义政治思想的指导下,鲁哈尼第一任期内在经济和外交领域取得了亮丽的成果。其第二任期仍在沿着理性、改革和温和之路前行,既努力发展经济又深化同国际社会的互动,但面临国内外的诸多挑战,尤其是来自特朗普政府的压力。
[Abstract]:In the last five years, Iran's politics has undergone major changes, the most prominent of which is the rise of moderate political power.The rapid rise of moderates is mainly due to the situation at home and abroad in Iran, thanks to their own alliance with the reformists in the elections, and the widespread acceptance of moderate political ideas by voters.As the leader of moderate political forces, President Rouhani has been practicing the internal and external policy of moderation, that is, to promote economic reform at home and to conduct constructive exchanges with other countries in the world, with obvious pragmatic characteristics.Guided by moderate political ideas, Rouhani made brilliant achievements in economy and diplomacy during his first term.His second term is still on the path of reason, reform and moderation, trying to develop the economy and deepen its interaction with the international community, but facing many challenges at home and abroad, especially pressure from the Trump administration.
