制度自信是坚持和发展新时代中国特色社会主义的首要自信

【摘要】：中国特色社会主义是改革开放以来党的全部理论和实践的主题。中国特色社会主义自信则是中国共产党领导广大人民群众在回答这一主题和创造伟大历史实践过程中所形成的一种具有整体性特征的稳定心理和情感认同。道路、理论、制度和文化则是这一整体自信的既相互联系又有所区别的4个基本属性。在中国特色社会主义自信的这4个属性中,应该说,制度自信是根本的,也是首要的。从历史事实来看,中国特色社会主义基本制度的确立构成了中国特色社会主义道路、理论和文化得以形成的首要基础;从改革开放以来中国发展的现实来看,中国特色社会主义制度构成了当代中国发展历史成就背后的首要"秘密"。在新的条件下坚持和发展新时代中国特色社会主义,必须把制度自信放在首位,牢牢坚持中国共产党的领导和中国共产党的政治文化。同时,必须要把制度自信和制度完善相统一,在不断增强制度自信的过程中着力完善中国特色社会主义制度,使中国制度在进一步推进中国发展和解决人类问题的过程中彰显更大制度功效。
[Abstract]:Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the theme of the whole theory and practice of the Party since the reform and opening up.The confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a kind of stable psychological and emotional identity formed in the course of answering this theme and creating great historical practice by the broad masses under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Road, theory, institution and culture are the four basic attributes of the whole confidence.Among the four attributes of confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics, it should be said that institutional confidence is fundamental and primary.Judging from the historical facts, the establishment of the basic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics constitutes the primary basis for the formation of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics and the formation of theory and culture; from the point of view of the reality of China's development since the reform and opening up,The socialist system with Chinese characteristics constitutes the primary secret behind the historical achievements of contemporary China's development.To uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era under the new conditions, we must put the system confidence in the first place and firmly adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the political culture of the Communist Party of China.At the same time, we must unify institutional confidence with institutional perfection and strive to improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the process of increasing institutional confidence.So that the Chinese system in the further development of China and the solution of human problems in the process of greater institutional effectiveness.
