合众优年养老社区案例分析

【摘要】：目前,中国是世界上人口最多的国家,也是老年人口数量发展速度最快的国家之一。根据2015年统计数据显示,我国60岁及以上老年人数达到2.22亿,占总人口数的16.15%,预计到2020年,老龄人口达到2.48亿,老龄化占比达到17.17%,和其他老龄化国家相比,老龄化问题在中国出现时间并不长,但在人均寿命增长和实行的相关计生政策的双重影响下“银发浪潮”趋势愈演愈烈,并在相当长的时间内保持较高水平,老龄化问题已经成为我国亟待解决的问题。同时,老年人消费结构也随着老龄化不断加深而改变,正在呈现出一个巨大的养老市场。近年来政府不断出台相关政策提升老年人服务质量并鼓励民间资本进入养老市场,拥有优势禀赋的保险机构纷纷涌入,并扮演重要角色。合众优年养老社区是国内首家对外开放的由保险公司投资建立的一“持续照料退休社区”(CCRC即Continuing Care Retirement Community),其建设背景、运营模式、市场定位等具有很强的典型性与代表性。本文就以合众优年养老社区为研究对象,在对其概况进行叙述的基础上进行分析,并根据实际情况深入探讨,并提出相应的对策建议,希望对促进合众优年养老模式在国内的可持续发展带来一些借鉴。本文的研究内容主要包括五个部分,第一部分是绪论,介绍本文的研究背景及研究意义,研究内容,研究方法以及文章的创新点;第二部分是合众优年养老社区情况概述。包括合众人寿简介、合众优年养老社区简介和与养老社区对接的保险产品介绍三个部分;第三部分对合众优年养老社区进行SWOT分析。包括内部优势及劣势分析和外部的机遇与威胁分析;第四部分是在第三部分SWOT分析的基础上提出策略选择;第五部分是本文的研究结论。
[Abstract]:At present, China is the world's most populous country, but also one of the fastest-growing elderly population. According to statistical data in 2015, the number of elderly people aged 60 and over in China has reached 222 million, accounting for 16.15 percent of the total population. It is estimated that by 2020, the number of elderly people will reach 248 million, and the proportion of elderly people will reach 17.17 percent, compared with other aging countries. The aging problem has not been around for a long time in China, but under the influence of the increase in life expectancy and the related family planning policies, the trend of "silver hair wave" has intensified, and has maintained a high level for quite a long time. Aging has become an urgent problem in China. At the same time, the consumption structure of the elderly is changing with the deepening of aging, which is presenting a huge pension market. In recent years, the government has continuously issued policies to improve the quality of services for the elderly and encouraged private capital to enter the pension market. Insurance institutions with advantages have poured in and played an important role. The Continuing Care Retirement Community is the first one established by the insurance company to open to the outside world in China. Its construction background, operation mode, market orientation and so on have strong typicality and representativeness. Based on the analysis of the general situation of the community for the aged in the good years of the United public, this paper makes an analysis of it, discusses it in depth according to the actual situation, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper hopes to bring some reference to the sustainable development of the pension model in China. The research content of this paper mainly includes five parts, the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background and research significance, the research content, the research method and the innovation of the article. It includes three parts: the introduction of United Life Insurance, the introduction of pension community and the introduction of insurance products. The third part is the SWOT analysis of the pension community. It includes the analysis of internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats; the fourth part is based on the third part of the SWOT analysis of strategic choice; the fifth part is the conclusion of this paper.
