美国与古巴断交原因新探——以美国外交档案为视角

【摘要】：1959年1月1日古巴革命胜利,美国在一周内快速承认了由卡斯特罗领导的新政权,而又在两年后突然与古巴断交。传统的反共理论并不能很好地解释导致此一问题的原因,究其实,长期主导着美国对拉美政策的霸权意识应为核心原因。由于古巴的革命政府基于自身民族主义考量,拒绝按照美国的方式进行国内社会经济改革,并坚持选择国际中立主义道路的做法偏离了美国的预期,损害了美国利益,从而导致美国与之断交。断交使美国公开支持古巴反政府力量成为可能。美国期待通过这种外交以外的新手段重获自身在西半球的国家利益。
[Abstract]:On January 1, 1959, when the Cuban Revolution triumphed, the United States quickly recognized the new regime led by Castro within a week, and two years later suddenly broke off relations with Cuba. The traditional anti-Communist theory can not explain the cause of this problem well. In fact, the hegemonic consciousness of American policy towards Latin America for a long time should be the core reason. Because the revolutionary government of Cuba, based on its own nationalistic considerations, refused to carry out domestic social and economic reforms in the way of the United States, and insisted on choosing the path of international neutrality, it deviated from the expectations of the United States and harmed the interests of the United States. This led to a break-up between the United States and the United States. The break-up made it possible for the United States to openly support the Cuban opposition. The United States expects to regain its national interests in the Western Hemisphere through new means other than diplomacy.
