从亚洲安全峰会看特朗普亚太政策走向

【摘要】：特朗普就任美国总统后,推行了一系列"去奥巴马化"政策,其战略的不确定性引发国际社会尤其是美国盟友的普遍担忧。作为特朗普政府在亚太多边机制正式亮相的第一位官员,美国防部长马蒂斯在第16届亚洲安全峰会上的讲话备受关注。在发言中,马蒂斯一方面表达了与中国开展合作,从中获取实惠的愿望和期待;另一方面替盟友出面,严词批评中国在南海局势等问题上的做法。深入分析特朗普政府当前面临的国内外形势可以得出,美国亚太同盟体系已与其自身战略利益构成严重矛盾,而中国或可成为特朗普摆脱困境的最大帮手。中美两国合作前景广阔,如果美国能够作出明智的战略选择,两国将对亚太地区乃至整个世界作出重大贡献。
[Abstract]:After Trump became president of the United States, he launched a series of "de-Obamacization" policies, and the uncertainty of his strategy has caused widespread concern among the international community, especially U.S. allies. U.S. Defense Secretary Matisse's speech at the 16th Asian Security Summit, the first official to make a formal appearance of the Trump administration in the Asia-Pacific multilateral regime, has attracted much attention. In his speech, Matisse expressed on the one hand the desire and expectation to cooperate with China in order to benefit from it; on the other hand, he came forward on behalf of his allies and severely criticized China's practices on issues such as the situation in the South China Sea. An in-depth analysis of the current situation at home and abroad of the Trump administration shows that the United States Asia-Pacific Alliance system has become a serious contradiction with its own strategic interests, and that China may be Trump's greatest helper in extricating himself from his predicament. China and the United States have broad prospects for cooperation. If the United States makes a wise strategic choice, the two countries will make significant contributions to the Asia-Pacific region and the world as a whole.
