【摘要】：明确中国特色社会主义的真谛和要义是习近平提出的崭新的重要命题。根据党的十二大以来党中央有关文件,特别是党的十九大报告精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,真谛和要义应包括中国特色社会主义的历史必然性和科学真理性、鲜明特色、建设蓝图、本质属性、基本特征。概括起来,中国特色社会主义是在中国共产党领导下、科学社会主义在当代中国现代化建设的理论与实践,它以"三个总"为依据,以改革创新激发社会活力,完善和发展社会主义制度体系,不断解放生产力、发展生产力,促进社会基本矛盾协调发展。维护公平正义,促进人的全面发展,增强人民福祉,达到共同富裕,实现现代化。这有助于深刻领会什么是中国特色社会主义,在新时代怎样坚持与发展中国特色社会主义,增强"四个自信"。
[Abstract]:Clarifying the true meaning and meaning of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a new and important proposition put forward by Xi Jinping. According to the relevant documents of the CPC Central Committee since the Twelfth National Congress of the Party, especially the spirit of the party's 19th CPC National Congress report and 19th CPC National Congress's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the true meaning and essentials should include the historical necessity and scientific truth of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
