构建中非利益共同体理念与方式

【摘要】：正在中国与非洲国家往来的过程中,双方有足够的空间在充分权衡各自国家利益的情况下选择合作,也有一定数量的其他机会和合作伙伴选择不合作。鉴于各自利益和诉求,双方选择合作共赢的方向和目标是一致的,而合作的内容和方式则随着各自的发展和需求而变迁。无论哪一种选择,在确保合作收益大和不合作成本低的前提下,都属于利益共同体的范畴。
[Abstract]:In the process of China's exchanges with African countries, there is ample room for both sides to choose cooperation while fully weighing the interests of their respective countries, as well as a certain number of other opportunities and partners to choose not to cooperate. In view of their respective interests and demands, the direction and goal of win-win cooperation are the same, while the contents and ways of cooperation change with their own development and needs. No matter which option, it belongs to the category of community of interests under the premise of ensuring the benefit of cooperation and the low cost of cooperation.
