基于老年女性养老需求的福利供给探析

【摘要】：银发浪潮来袭,老龄化在快速地发展,老龄事业的发展遇到重大的挑战。老年女性作为老年群体中的特殊、弱势群体,其养老福利问题值得关注。文章从社会性别的视角分析老年女性养老福利需求遇到的障碍,并针对其障碍提出了确保老年女性养老福利供给的对策和建议,希望改善老年女性的生存状况,摆脱老年贫困,满足老年女性的养老福利需求,实现老年女性老有所养、老有所医、老有所教、老有所学、老有所为、老有所乐。
[Abstract]:The trend of silver hair is coming, aging is developing rapidly, and the development of the cause of aging has met with great challenges. As a special and vulnerable group in the elderly, the elderly women should pay close attention to their pension benefits. This paper analyzes the obstacles to the elderly women's pension welfare demand from the perspective of gender, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the elderly women's old-age welfare supply, hoping to improve the living conditions of the elderly women and get rid of the old age poverty. To meet the needs of elderly women's old-age welfare, to realize the elderly women have a sense of security, the elderly have a medical care, a sense of education, a sense of learning, a sense of health, a sense of happiness.
