老年型社会背景下的互动产品研究

【摘要】：老龄化社会的加剧将作为推动养老市场发展的原动力。在对老年人群的研究中了解到,老年人随着年岁的增长,不可避免的会感受到身体各种机能的下降。很多老年人无法适应心理落差,容易滋生出老无所用的悲观心态,这属于生理衰老引起的心理衰老,心理衰老也会加速生理的衰老。有的老年人却勇于正确看待衰老,积极乐观的去面对人生的每个阶段,活的精彩纷呈。雨果曾说过,“风度和皱纹结合的时候极可爱,愉快的暮年有种说不出来的澄光”。本文依托国家积极发展智慧养老和文化养老等新型养老理念的政策导向,结合互动产品市场与目标人群需求,旨在研究设计出改变老年人生活状态的良性互动产品,帮助更多的老年朋友正确面对衰老,培养积极的兴趣爱好,丰富晚年生活。首先,文章对课题研究主体老年人群进行了简要论述。分析了良性互动理念,从行为参与互动、感官认知互动、情感体验互动三方面对老年人互动类型进行论述,按互动类型对老年人互动产品进行分类解析,挖掘存在的问题,寻找出设计突破口。其次,对老年人互动需求进行问卷调研,分析老年人日常生活互动行为,发现存在的问题,总结出老年人互动需求,得出互动产品设计思路,进行产品设计定位。再次,从产品功能外观、界面设计、操作步骤三方面分析相关互动案例,总结出需要改进的方向,为后期互动产品功能要素提供依据。从安全性、易用性、科技性、实用性四方面分析老年人互动产品功能性要素,从老年人生理需求和心理需求两方面总结老年人互动产品设计原则。最后,对互动方式和互动人群进行定位,从产品外观设计和界面设计两方面完成“公共社区”移动终端设计实践。文章将理论研究与设计实践相结合,采用多学科交叉分析法、资料查阅法、市场调研法、案例分析法进行理念分析、方式探索、需求总结,最后完成设计实践。将当下流行的线上线下交替互动模式运动到老年人互动产品的设计中,创新性的提出“公共社区”移动终端的设计方案,拉近老年人与年轻人之间的距离,增进彼此了解,使之互相学习,共同进步。既增强年轻人的社会责任感,又可以用年轻人的活力感染老年人,帮助老年人塑造积极健康的生活观念。
[Abstract]:The aggravation of the aging society will be the driving force to promote the development of the pension market. In the study of the elderly, the elderly will inevitably feel the decline in various functions of the body as they grow older. Many old people can not adapt to the psychological gap, which is easy to breed the pessimistic mentality of senility, which belongs to the psychological senescence caused by physiological senescence, which also accelerates the senescence of physiology. Some old people have the courage to look at aging correctly and face each stage of life positively and optimistically. Hugo once said, "the combination of grace and wrinkles is very lovely, and there is an indescribable luster in a happy twilight." This paper relies on the policy guidance of the state to actively develop the new concept of the aged, such as wisdom and culture, and combines the market of interactive products with the needs of the target population. The purpose of this paper is to study and design a benign interactive product that can change the living conditions of the elderly. To help more elderly friends face aging correctly, cultivate positive interests and hobbies, enrich the life of old age. First of all, the article briefly discusses the subject of the elderly people. This paper analyzes the concept of benign interaction, discusses the interaction types of the elderly from the three aspects of behavior participation interaction, sensory cognitive interaction and emotional experience interaction, classifies and analyzes the interactive products of the elderly according to the interaction types, and excavates the existing problems. Find a breakthrough in design. Secondly, the interactive needs of the elderly questionnaire survey, analysis of the elderly daily life interaction behavior, found the existing problems, summed up the elderly interactive needs, interactive product design ideas, product design positioning. Third, from the product function appearance, interface design, operational steps to analyze the relevant interactive cases, summed up the direction of improvement, for the later interactive product functional elements to provide the basis. This paper analyzes the functional elements of elderly interactive products from four aspects: safety, ease of use, science and technology, and practicability, and summarizes the design principles of elderly interactive products from the aspects of physical and psychological needs of the elderly. Finally, the interaction mode and interactive crowd are positioned, and the design practice of "public community" mobile terminal is completed from two aspects: product appearance design and interface design. This paper combines the theory research with the design practice, adopts the multi-disciplinary cross analysis method, the data consult method, the market research method, the case analysis method to carry on the idea analysis, the way exploration, the demand summary, finally completes the design practice. Moving the current popular online and offline interactive modes into the design of interactive products for the elderly, innovatively proposing the design of a "public community" mobile terminal to close the gap between the elderly and the young, and to enhance mutual understanding. Make them learn from each other and make common progress. It not only strengthens the social responsibility of young people, but also infects the elderly with their vitality, and helps them to shape positive and healthy life concept.
