【摘要】：战略对接是国家通过自主选择建构系统的过程,这一系统是包含在国际系统之内的子系统,一旦建成后,即发挥系统的功能。而使战略对接这一系统保持活力,进而发挥系统功能的内部动力是"系统能量传送力",在它的作用下,战略对接内部的能量能够在各个行业和领域间实现转移,导致国家内部各领域的发展呈现不均衡状态。而国家对供需平衡的把握,对战略对接模式的规划,以及对战略对接领域的选择将会影响系统能量传送力发挥作用的强度和方向,从而对国家内部各个领域的发展产生不同影响。
[Abstract]:Strategic docking is a process in which a country constructs a system through independent selection. This system is a subsystem contained in the international system. Once completed, it will play a role in the system. The internal power that keeps the strategic docking system alive and then exerts the function of the system is "system energy transfer force". Under its action, the internal energy of strategic docking can be transferred between various industries and fields. As a result, the development of various fields within the country presents an uneven state. The state's grasp of the balance between supply and demand, the planning of the strategic docking mode, and the choice of the strategic docking field will affect the intensity and direction of the system's energy transfer force. This will have a different impact on the development of various fields within the country.
