民族主义视阈下中国推进中拉关系的路径考量

【摘要】：民族主义不仅在一个国家的政治、经济、文化等方面发挥独特作用,同时也影响着国家的外交关系。中国和拉美国家都属于发展中国家,民族主义在双方的国内和国际层面上都有着特殊的意义。从民族主义的层面看,中国与拉美国家有着许多共同的历史使命。21世纪,全球化影响下的拉美民族主义表现出新的特性,中国应遵循民族主义的平等、独立等基本原则从政治、经济、文化等方面推进双方关系的深入发展。
[Abstract]:Nationalism not only plays a unique role in the political, economic and cultural aspects of a country, but also affects the country's diplomatic relations. Both China and Latin America belong to developing countries, and nationalism has special significance at both domestic and international levels. From the perspective of nationalism, China and Latin American countries share many common historical missions. In the 21st century, Latin American nationalism under the influence of globalization shows new characteristics. China should follow the basic principles of equality and independence of nationalism. Economic, cultural and other aspects to promote the in-depth development of bilateral relations.
