“人类命运共同体”的理想性与现实性

【摘要】：习近平总书记在"7.26"重要讲话~((1))中指出:"我们党是高度重视理论建设和理论指导的党……要在坚持马克思主义基本原理的基础上,以更宽广的视野、更长远的眼光来思考和把握国家未来发展面临的一系列重大战略问题,在理论上不断拓展新视野、作出新概括。"事实上,党的十八大以来,在领导治国理政的伟大实践中,形成了以习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神和党中央治国理政新理念新思想新战略为标志的重大理论创新成果,极大地丰富和发展了当代的中国马克思主义。恩格斯在谈到马克思的政治经济学时,揭示了创造新的概念和术语在理论创新中的关键作用,他讲道:"一门科学提出的每一种新见解都包含这门科学的术语的革命。"(《〈资本论〉英文版序言》,《马克思恩格斯文集》第5卷,人民出版社2009年版,第32页)习近平在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上指出:"要善于提炼标识性概念,打造易于为国际社会所理解和接受的新概念、新范畴、新表述,引导国际学术界展开研究和讨论。"(习近平:《在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上的讲话》,《人民日报》,2016年5月19日)这个论断阐明了创建中国特色哲学社会科学的基础性工作和关键性环节。在习近平总书记的理论创新成果中,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦、"五位一体"总体布局、"四个全面"战略布局、人类命运共同体、"一带一路"倡议等标识性概念,构成了新的理论体系的逻辑枢纽,我们需要深入研究和把握。为此,我们组织了几位同志就这些标识性概念的内涵、价值特别是它们的建构方法进行了研讨,现将这一组成果奉献出来,以期推进对马克思主义中国化最新成果的理论研究。

" In fact, since the 18th National Congress of the Party, in the great practice of leading the country and managing government, great theoretical innovations marked by the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches and the party Central Committee's new ideas, new ideas and strategies for governing the country have been formed. It has greatly enriched and developed contemporary Chinese Marxism. When Engels talked about Marx's political economy, he revealed the key role of creating new concepts and terms in theoretical innovation. "every new insight put forward by a science contains a revolution in the terminology of the science," he said. In the theoretical innovation achievements of General Secretary Chinese Dream, Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the overall layout of "five in one", the strategic layout of "four comprehensive", the community of human destiny, the initiative of "Belt and Road", and other identifiable concepts, Constitute the new theoretical system of the logical hub, we need to in-depth study and grasp. Therefore, we have organized several comrades to study the connotation and value of these identifiable concepts, especially their construction methods, and have contributed this group of achievements in order to promote the theoretical research on the latest achievements of Marxism in China.
