中国特色社会主义参政党主体性建设的必要性及党建工作抓手

【摘要】：中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心是中国共产党,中国共产党的执政地位和领导作用在其中发挥着不可替代的重要作用。但中国特色社会主义事业也是一项惠及全国并泽及后世的伟大事业,需要广大社会各阶层同行同心的决心与众志成城的斗志。中国特色社会主义事业及人民群众的新要求及中国共产党的新思想、新理论和新战略,既提供了参政党主体性建设的驱动力,也提出了参政党主体性建设的内容要求,更提供了参政党进行主体性建设的党建工作的现实抓手。中国特色社会主义参政党党建工作的重心,就是要获得政党主体性内容的理论自觉和实践落实。理论自觉是解决为什么要建设参政党、建设什么样的参政党和怎样建设参政党的理论问题,实践落实则是要将自觉地将参政党主体性内容,落实在参政党的组织形态、制度体系、行为逻辑等方面。
[Abstract]:The leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the Communist Party of China, in which the ruling position and leading role of the Communist Party of China play an irreplaceable important role. However, the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics is also a great cause that benefits the whole country and the future generations. The cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the new requirements of the masses and the new ideas, new theories and new strategies of the Communist Party of China not only provide the driving force for the construction of the subjectivity of the participating political parties, but also put forward the content requirements of the construction of the subjectivity of the participating parties. It also provides a realistic grasp of the party building work in which the participating political parties carry out subjective construction. The focus of the party building of the socialist party with Chinese characteristics is to obtain the theoretical consciousness and practical implementation of the party's subjective content. Theoretical consciousness is to solve the theoretical problem of why to build a participating party, what kind of party to build and how to build a participating political party. In practice, it is necessary to conscientiously put the content of the participating party's subjectivity into practice in the organizational form of the participating party. Institutional system, behavioral logic and so on.
