俄罗斯新欧亚主义的理论建构及其政治实践

【摘要】：当前,新欧亚主义已上升为俄罗斯的主流政治学。原因在于:它超越了"西化派"和"斯拉夫派"的百年争论,不仅明确了俄罗斯的文明定位和国家身份认同,为俄罗斯提供了爱国主义基础,重塑了俄罗斯历史观和民族价值观,而且还为俄罗斯现行的总统体制提供了学理基础和世俗心理基础,为振兴俄罗斯提出了明确的目标和实践方案,并通过自身积极的政治实践,对俄罗斯社会思想和政治决策产生直接影响。新欧亚主义对普京执政理念的影响主要体现在俄罗斯的文明定位、国家价值观、经济和外交政策等方面。但该学派通过重塑俄罗斯文化共同体来构建新俄罗斯的观点,对周边国家来说是消解国家身份认同的抗拒性力量,易造成民族认同与国家认同的疏离,引发国家间的冲突。
[Abstract]:At present, new Eurasia has become the mainstream politics of Russia. The reason lies in: it transcends the century-old debate between "westernized" and "Slavic", not only clarifies the orientation of Russian civilization and national identity, but also provides Russia with a patriotic foundation. It has reshaped the Russian concept of history and national values, and also provided a theoretical and secular psychological basis for the current Russian presidential system, and put forward a clear goal and practical plan for the revitalization of Russia. And through its own positive political practice, it has a direct impact on Russian social ideology and political decision-making. The influence of Neo-Eurasia on Putin's governing concept is mainly reflected in the orientation of Russian civilization, national values, economic and foreign policy and so on. However, the school's view of constructing a new Russia by reshaping the Russian cultural community is a resisting force for the neighboring countries to dispel the national identity, which can easily lead to the alienation of national identity and national identity and lead to conflicts between countries.
