论中国崛起的文明特质与世界意义

【摘要】：用西方大国崛起的固化模式来硬套中国,是悖逆事实真相的做法。中国通过发展经济和运作市场的方式进入国际体系,以内源性、和平式的崛起实现了对西方大国依靠武力对外侵略扩张而崛起的真正超越。"兼善天下"的中国崛起不仅致力于中国自身发展、造福中国人民,也强调对世界的责任、造福世界人民。凭借令世人钦羡的宏伟韬略为国际社会提供硕果累累的原创性贡献,中国正在改变世界的历史进程。中国崛起,走出了一条中国道路。这条道路,"兼善天下",其正向溢出效应正在源源不断地涌现。因此,中国崛起有利于世界的文明进步,其世界意义日益彰显。
[Abstract]:It is an act of disobeying the truth to use the solidified pattern of the rise of Western powers to apply hard to China. China has entered the international system through the development of its economy and its operation of markets, and its endogenous and peaceful rise has achieved a true transcendence over the rise of Western powers relying on foreign aggression and expansion. " The rise of China is not only devoted to the development of China itself, but also emphasizes its responsibility to the world and to the people of the world. China is changing the history of the world with its admirable grand contribution to the international community. China's rise has led to a Chinese path. This road, "both good world", its positive spillover effect is constantly emerging. Therefore, China's rise is conducive to the world's civilization and progress, its world significance is increasingly evident.
