【摘要】：中国特色政党制度的坚持和完善必须从中国特殊的革命道路和中国特色的民主政治中来寻求动力和源头,对它的坚持和完善直接决定着中国特色社会主义民主政治的发展方向、实践效果以及具体内容。中国特色政党制度是人民内部矛盾理论的具体实践,中国特色政党制度发展和完善的关键就是要处理好人民代表大会制度和政治协商制度之间的关系。中国政党制度发展和完善最终必须回归到对中国共产党特殊属性的分析,党的领导体制改革和完善是中国政党制度发展和完善的基本动力,要将中国政党制度完善和发展与中国特色的民主政治发展相融合,应当将中国特色政党制度完善纳入中国特色政治体制完善和发展的总体框架下来谋划。
[Abstract]:The persistence and perfection of the political party system with Chinese characteristics must seek the motive force and source from the special revolutionary road of China and the democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. The persistence and perfection of the political party system with Chinese characteristics directly determines the development direction of the socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. In the end, the development and perfection of China's political party system must return to the analysis of the special attributes of the Communist Party of China.
