【摘要】："中国方案"中体现的"和平、发展、合作、共赢"的外交理念,"不搞强权独霸、超越零和博弈",建立平等相待、互商互谅的伙伴关系,是构筑人类命运共同体过程中的"正能量",为建立国际机制、遵守国际规则、追求国际正义,形成以合作、共赢为核心的世界新秩序奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:The concept of " peace , development , cooperation and win - win " embodied in the Chinese Programme has laid the foundation for building an international mechanism , complying with international rules , pursuing international justice , and forming a new world order of cooperation and win - win in order to establish an international mechanism , abide by international rules and pursue international justice .
