西方国家推行话语霸权的隐蔽性策略及其应对

【摘要】：正话语霸权,是美国等西方国家保持资本主义优势地位的重要手段。美国等西方国家不仅基于其强大的信息技术综合实力和优先发展起来的现代传播体系竭力维护其话语霸权地位,还积极采取各种隐蔽性的伎俩,诸如利用所谓"普世话语"、议程设置等方式方法,着力于从细微处入手,逐步消解我国主流意识形态话语。对此,我们必须认真应对。一自21世纪初始,美国就开始把西方民主、三权分立等所谓"普世价值"作为推行其霸权主义的新概念、新手段。奥巴马上任总统以
[Abstract]:The hegemony of positive discourse is an important means for the United States and other western countries to maintain the dominant position of capitalism.
