跨阶层代际流动是否增加人们的社会资本——基于中国综合社会调查的分析

【摘要】：跨阶层代际流动是社会结构开放性的重要标志,而社会资本是测量流动群体和个人融入新阶层的指示器。全国综合社会调查数据分析显示,进入本世纪以来,实现了跨阶层代际流动的群体增加了人际网络规模,其效果对于中下阶层尤为明显。与此同时,向下流动群体保持其出身阶层的优势,其网络资源含量显著高于未流动群体;向上流动群体,虽然出身于较低阶层,其网络资源达到流入阶层的平均水平。基于集体主义和个体主义双重排斥理论,论文剖析了数据分析结果,并讨论了它们的理论意义和现实意义。
[Abstract]:Intergenerational mobility is an important symbol of the openness of social structure, and social capital is an indicator of the integration of mobile groups and individuals into the new stratum. The analysis of the data of the national comprehensive social survey shows that since the beginning of this century, the group that has realized the intergenerational mobility has increased the scale of the interpersonal network, and its effect is especially obvious for the middle and lower strata. At the same time, the downward floating group maintains the advantage of the social stratum, and its network resource content is significantly higher than that of the non-floating group, while the upward floating group, although it comes from the lower class, its network resources reach the average level of the inflow class. Based on the theory of collectivism and individualism, this paper analyzes the results of data analysis, and discusses their theoretical and practical significance.
