个性化养老服务需求的调查分析——以成都市为例

【摘要】：经济新常态下,人口老龄化问题变得更加严峻,养老服务体系的改革对于"从容"变老显得尤为重要。基于参量式因素分析原理,采用实证研究方法对成都市现有的养老服务体系进行研究和探索,发现收入状况、养老意愿和居住方式对老年人的个性化养老服务需求影响显著。在此基础上提出政府要持续履行社会"兜底"功能,完善大数据体系下的老人基本信息,加强社区和养老机构的养老服务建设,加强对特殊群体的生活照护。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal state of economy, the problem of population aging becomes more serious, and the reform of the old-age service system is especially important for "calm" aging. Based on the principle of parametric factor analysis, this paper studies and explores the existing pension service system in Chengdu by using the empirical research method. It is found that income status, pension will and living style have a significant impact on the demand for individualized old-age care services for the elderly. On this basis, the government should continue to carry out the social "bottom" function, perfect the basic information of the elderly under the big data system, strengthen the construction of the old-age service in the community and pension institutions, and strengthen the care for the life of the special groups.
