美国退出TPP对蔡英文当局区域布局的影响及出路分析

【摘要】：2017年1月,美国总统特朗普宣布退出TPP,这不仅对世界政经秩序和经济发展产生重大影响,同时也对台湾造成了巨大冲击。蔡英文力争加入TPP不仅有经济上的考虑,更有政治上的意图。美国退出TPP,一方面打乱了蔡英文借此参与亚太区域经济整合以便摆脱对大陆"过度依赖"的图谋;另一方面,也使世界各国对大陆在推进经济全球化过程中的主导作用寄予更高的期待。在此形势下,台湾当局只有审时度势,改变"亲美媚日抗中"的思维和策略,务实推动两岸经贸合作,才能避免经济"边缘化",重振昔日辉煌。
[Abstract]:In January 2017, U.S. President Donald Trump announced his withdrawal from the TPP.It not only had a major impact on world political and economic order and economic development, but also had a huge impact on Taiwan. Tsai's efforts to join the TPP have not only economic considerations, but also political intentions. The withdrawal of the United States from TPPhas, on the one hand, disrupted Tsai Ing-wen 's attempt to participate in economic integration in the Asia-Pacific region in order to get rid of "excessive dependence" on the mainland; on the other hand, It also makes the world expect the continent to play a leading role in the process of promoting economic globalization. Under such circumstances, the Taiwan authorities must judge the situation, change their thinking and strategy of "pro-US fawning on Japan against China," and pragmatically promote cross-strait economic and trade cooperation, so as to avoid economic "marginalization" and revive their former glory.
