关于应对人口老龄化与发展养老服务的调研报告

【摘要】：人口老龄化是贯穿我国21世纪的基本国情,发展老龄事业任重道远。在国家发展养老服务业中,应当优先发展居家养老服务,并全面放开养老服务市场,撬动社会资本参与;同时,还迫切需要理性促进医疗卫生与养老服务相结合,建立独立的长期护理保险制度。
[Abstract]:The aging of population is the basic national condition of our country in the 21 st century, and there is a long way to go to develop the cause of aging. In the national development of the old-age service industry, priority should be given to the development of home-based old-age care services, and the market for old-age care services should be fully liberalized to leverage the participation of social capital. At the same time, there is an urgent need for rational promotion of the combination of medical and health services and old-age services. Establish an independent long-term care insurance system.
