十八大以来党中央治国理政新理念新思想新战略的基本特征

【摘要】：现阶段,中国处于历史大变革、结构大调整、格局大变动的新的历史时期,面临的发展机遇和风险挑战均前所未有。以习近平为总书记的新一届中央领导集体,在带领全国人民进行改革实践的过程中,逐步形成了独具特色的治国理政新理念新思想新战略。这些新理念新思想新战略体现出理论渊源上的继承性、理论品质上的创新性、理论运用上的时代性以及价值取向上的民本性四个基本特征。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a new historical period of great historical change, great adjustment of structure and great change of pattern. In the process of leading the people of the whole country to carry out the reform practice, the new central leadership collective with Xi Jinping as the general secretary has gradually formed a new idea and new strategy of governing the country with its own characteristics. These new ideas and new strategies embody four basic characteristics: the inheritance of the theoretical origin, the innovation of the theoretical quality, the epoch of the application of the theory and the nature of the people on the value orientation.
