马克思主义人的全面发展视域下社会组织介入农村留守儿童问题研究

【摘要】:随着中国工业化、城镇化进程加快,各地经济社会发展不平衡的现象,导致人口流动性增大,部分农村出现了大量留守儿童。农村留守儿童在生活、心理、安全等方面出现诸多问题,日益成为社会关注的焦点。社会组织凭借自身优势成为解决农村留守儿童问题的重要力量。虽然社会组织已经较早地介入到农村留守儿童问题中,但许多工作还有待进一步的推进。论文立足于马克思主义关于人的全面发展的理论和创新社会治理体制新理念出发,结合当前中国的政策和国情,采用了比较分析法、文献研究法、系统分析法,对社会组织介入农村留守儿童问题进行了系统分析。文章一共分为四个部分。第一部分为绪论,包括研究目的、研究意义,国内外研究现状,研究内容与方法,并对文章的相关概念进行界定。第二部分主要从理论基础和现实依据两方面分析社会组织介入农村留守儿童问题的必要性。首先,基于马克思主义关于人的全面发展的理论和创新社会治理体制新理念进行分析;其次,立足于现实,从政府介入农村留守儿童问题的局限性,企业介入农村留守儿童问题的有限参与度,农村留守儿童的多元需求等方面进行分析。第三部分通过对基金会和社会团体开展农村留守儿童工作的现状分析,总结出社会组织开展农村留守儿童工作在内容与形式、资金、专业化程度、与他者的合作等方面存在的问题。第四部分根据社会组织开展农村留守儿童工作存在的问题,提出社会组织介入农村留守儿童问题的对策建议。社会组织在介入农村留守儿童问题中,应该丰富介入内容与形式以促进农村留守儿童全面发展,加大资金投入以保障农村留守儿童工作的正常开展,增强工作专业化程度以高效开展农村留守儿童工作,加强与他者的合作以凝聚多方力量开展农村留守儿童工作。
[Abstract]:Along with China's industrialization, the acceleration of urbanization and the imbalance of economic and social development in various places, the population mobility has increased, and a large number of left-behind children have appeared in some rural areas. Children left behind in rural areas in life, psychology, security and other issues, increasingly become the focus of attention. Social organizations have become an important force to solve the problem of rural left-behind children by virtue of their own advantages. Although social organizations have been involved in the problem of children left behind in rural areas, many work needs to be further promoted. Based on the Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings and the new concept of innovating the social governance system, combining the current policies and conditions of China, the paper adopts comparative analysis, literature research and system analysis. Social organizations involved in the problem of rural left-behind children were systematically analyzed. The article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, including the research purpose, research significance, research status at home and abroad, research content and methods, and define the relevant concepts of the article. The second part mainly analyzes the necessity of social organization intervention in rural left-behind children from two aspects: theoretical basis and practical basis. First of all, based on the Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings and the new concept of innovating the social governance system, secondly, based on the reality, the limitations of government intervention in rural left-behind children are analyzed. The limited participation of enterprises involved in the problem of rural left-behind children and the multiple needs of rural left-behind children were analyzed. The third part through the foundation and the social organization to carry out the rural left-behind child work present situation analysis, summarizes the social organization to carry out the rural left-behind child work in the content and the form, the fund, the specialization degree, Cooperation with others and other aspects of the problem. In the fourth part, according to the problems existing in the rural left-behind children's work, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the social organizations to intervene in the rural left-behind children's problems. Social organizations should enrich the contents and forms of intervention to promote the overall development of left-behind children in rural areas and increase the investment of funds to ensure the normal development of the work of left-behind children in rural areas. To strengthen the degree of work specialization in order to carry out the work of rural left-behind children and strengthen the cooperation with others in order to unite various forces to carry out the work of rural left-behind children.
