【摘要】：2016年以来,世界似乎正在进入一个不确定的历史时期,国际格局—秩序转型提速、深化,全球化遇到波折,多年累积的深层矛盾正集中爆发;与此同时,中国快速和平崛起并未因经济下行而减速,继续成为格局转型—秩序塑型最主要的推动力量。而面对美国这一中国外交因素中的重中之重,中国在交出了2016年良好对冲答卷的同时,也有信心在美国新当选总统任内继续稳定中美关系,使之成为中国国际战略的压舱石和世界秩序的稳定器。
[Abstract]:Since 2016, the world seems to be entering an uncertain historical period, the transformation of the international pattern-order is accelerating, deepening, globalization is experiencing twists and turns, and the deep-seated contradictions accumulated over the years are gathering and erupting; at the same time, China's rapid and peaceful rise has not been slowed down by the economic downturn, and continues to be the most important driving force of pattern transformation-order shaping. And in the face of the top priority of China's diplomacy, the United States, China, while handing over its good hedging answer in 2016, is also confident that it will continue to stabilize Sino-US relations during the term of the newly elected US president. Make it the ballast stone of China's international strategy and the stabilizer of the world order.
