新常态下如何科学构建容错机制

【摘要】：建立健全容错机制,把"容错"应用于管理领域,旨在引导干部树立与全面深化改革相适应的思想作风和担当精神,消除"为官不为"行为;最大限度地调动广大干部的积极性、主动性、创造性,推动全社会形成想改革、敢改革、善改革的良好风尚,让广大干部愿干事、敢干事、能干成事。为此,必须构建科学的容错机制,在顶层设计和科学决策的前提下容错纠错,从而推动全面建成小康社会战略目标的顺利实现。
[Abstract]:Establishing and perfecting the fault-tolerant mechanism and applying "fault-tolerant" to the field of management, in order to guide cadres to set up the ideological style and the spirit of responsibility adapted to the overall deepening of reform, and to eliminate the behavior of "not acting as an official"; To mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the vast number of cadres to the maximum, and to promote the formation of a good custom of wanting to reform, daring to reform, and being good at reform, so that the vast number of cadres will be willing to do things, dare to do things, and be able to do things well. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a scientific fault-tolerant mechanism to correct errors on the premise of top-level design and scientific decision, so as to promote the smooth realization of the strategic goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
