包容性共享:改革发展成果共享的内在情怀

【摘要】：包容性共享是改革发展成果共享的内在价值和核心理念,蕴含着宽容与妥协两个层面的基本含义。由宽容和妥协构成的包容性共享,对于促进改革发展成果共享具有重要的价值意义,体现了对人的尊重。宽容妥协是改革发展成果共享中公共理性的智慧表达,其本身是以和平的方式解决矛盾,从而实现改革发展成果共享。在改革开放的实践进程中,改革发展成果包容性共享的实现基础,就是要以大多数人的最大利益为根本准则,明确宽容妥协的限度,培养宽容妥协的意识与自觉,并建立健全相应的制度框架,以维护平等、自由原则,保证宽容妥协在有序的状态下得以彰显。
[Abstract]:Inclusive sharing is the intrinsic value and core idea of reform and development achievement sharing, which contains the basic meaning of tolerance and compromise. Inclusive sharing, which consists of tolerance and compromise, has important value significance for promoting the sharing of reform and development achievements, and embodies respect for human beings. Tolerance and compromise is the wisdom expression of public rationality in the sharing of reform and development achievements, which is to resolve contradictions peacefully and realize the sharing of reform and development achievements. In the practical process of reform and opening up, the realization foundation of inclusive sharing of achievements of reform and development is to take the best interests of most people as the fundamental criterion, to make clear the limits of tolerance and compromise, and to cultivate the consciousness and consciousness of tolerance and compromise. And establish and perfect the corresponding institutional framework to safeguard the principle of equality and freedom and ensure that tolerance and compromise can be manifested in an orderly state.
