【摘要】：统战文化作为统一战线工作开展的思想保证和精神动力,在建设社会主义文化强国的新形势下,它具有凝聚共识、汇聚力量、服务大局、推动发展等独特功能,因而,从本质上讲,它也是一种具有中国特色的政治文化。统战文化作为中国先进文化的重要组成部分,其丰富的内涵、鲜明的特征、独特的功能,对于推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,增强国家文化软实力具有重要作用。在全面深化改革的新时期,统战文化是以社会主义核心价值观为导向的新型政治文化,它为推动统一战线健康发展,贯彻落实习近平总书记“四个全面”战略部署,实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”,提供了精神动力和智力支持。在这样的时代语境下,开展对新时期统战文化建设的研究,理应成为统战理论界和统战工作实践的题中之义。加强新时期统战文化建设研究,对于丰富和发展中国特色统战文化,营造统战文化新常态,具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。文章除绪论和结语外,正文分为三个部分。第一部分,新时期统战文化建设的依据。总结了我国统战文化发展的历史经验,论述了马克思主义统战理论是新时期统战文化建设的理论基础,中国传统文化中的统战思想是新时期统战文化建设的文化渊源,分析了新时期统战文化建设的现实依据。第二部分,新时期统战文化建设的内涵、特征和功能。解读了新时期统战文化的内涵、特点和功能。第三部分,加强新时期统战文化建设的策略。为了实现营造社会主义核心价值观导向下的我国统战文化新常态的目标,提出了拓宽统战文化建设的路径、更新统战文化建设的内容、创新统战文化建设的方法等策略,旨在增强统战文化建设的实效性。本文的创新之处在于,一是视角新;二是观点新。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of building a socialist cultural power, the United Front Culture, as a united front, has the unique functions of gathering consensus, gathering strength, serving the overall situation, promoting development and so on. Therefore, in essence, it is also a political culture with Chinese characteristics. The important part of the culture, its rich connotation, distinctive features and unique functions, plays an important role in promoting the great development and prosperity of the socialist culture and strengthening the national cultural soft power. In the new period of deepening the reform, the United Front Culture is a new political culture guided by the socialist core values, which is promoted to promote the development of the culture. The healthy development of the United Front, the implementation of the "four comprehensive" strategic deployment of general secretary Xi Jinping, the "Chinese dream" to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, provide spiritual power and intellectual support. In this context, the study of the cultural construction of the United Front in the new period should be the practice of the theoretical and United Front Work of the United Front. The study of the cultural construction of the United Front in the new period is of great theoretical and practical significance to enrich and develop the culture of the United Front in the united front and to create a new normal state of the United Front Culture. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the text is divided into three parts. The first part, the basis of the United Front Culture Construction in the new period, summarizes the United Front articles in China. The historical experience of the development of the Marx doctrine is the theoretical basis of the cultural construction of the United Front in the new period. The United Front Thought in Chinese traditional culture is the cultural origin of the United Front Culture Construction in the new period and the realistic basis for the construction of the United Front Culture in the new period. The second part, the connotation and characteristics of the cultural construction of the United Front in the new period. The connotation, characteristics and functions of the United Front Culture in the new period are interpreted. The third part is to strengthen the strategy of the cultural construction of the United Front in the new period. In order to achieve the goal of building the new normal state of the culture of the United Front in China, the path of broadening the cultural construction of the United Front, the content of the cultural construction of the United Front, and the innovation of the United Front culture are put forward. The strategy of United Front culture construction aims at enhancing the effectiveness of United Front culture construction. The innovation of this paper is that one is the new perspective; the two is the new viewpoint.
