中国留守儿童:“惩戒术”与“关爱体系”——西部底层乡校再生产的日常研究

【摘要】:在寄宿制学校已经成为中国农村教育半壁江山的宏观背景下,能否寄宿已逐步在部分农村社会演变为略带福利色彩的资格竞赛游戏。事权的无限扩大、财政经费和专业人员的紧缺以至于学校日常管理从"直接惩戒"走向"间接惩戒"直至"故意无视",进而使"隐性辍学"逐步过渡到"显性辍学"的发生。以"惩戒术"为核心抓手,可以发现政府主导推动的自上而下分解式留守关爱体系屡屡受挫。在这套成人世界关爱体系南辕北辙的持续性实践下,中国西部地区寄宿制学校中的留守儿童往往可能越被关爱却越陷入规训和抗争的痛苦中,以至于需要全面重新反思和检讨如何行之有效地关爱这群规模庞大的乡校学生们。
[Abstract]:Under the macro background that boarding schools have become half of rural education in China, boarding has gradually evolved into a qualification contest game with a slightly welfare color in some rural society. With the unlimited expansion of administrative power and the shortage of financial funds and professional personnel, the daily management of schools moves from "direct punishment" to "indirect punishment" to "deliberately ignoring", thus making the "recessive drop out" gradually transition to "explicit drop out". With discipline as the core, we can find that the top-down-down care system is frustrated. In the continuous practice of the diametrically opposed adult world care system, children left behind in boarding schools in western China are often more likely to be cared for but more trapped in the pain of discipline and protest. Therefore, it is necessary to rethink and review how to care for this large group of rural students.
