【摘要】：民生是为政之要,中国共产党人要时刻放在心头、扛在肩上。保障和改善民生是实现人民幸福的基础性工作,是促进社会稳定发展的根本性举措。保障和改善民生要坚持"以人民为中心",按照习近平总书记提出的保障和改善民生的总思路,不断努力推进保障和改善民生工作,提高保障和改善民生工作水平。
