国家治理现代化视角下人民政协政治协商的功能定位和发展思考

【摘要】：人民政协政治协商是社会主义协商民主的重要渠道,在国家治理现代化中具有重要的地位。国家治理现代化视角下的人民政协政治协商,具有政治参与、决策咨询、价值导向、监督约束、维护稳定功能。完善和发展人民政协政治协商,推进国家治理现代化,必须坚定不移走中国特色社会主义政治发展道路,着力加强主体建设和制度化、规范化、程序化建设,强化形式创新和文化培育。
[Abstract]:CPPCC political consultation is an important channel for socialist consultative democracy and plays an important role in the modernization of state governance. The political consultation of the CPPCC under the perspective of national governance modernization has the functions of political participation, decision-making consultation, value guidance, supervision and restraint, and maintenance of stability. In order to perfect and develop the CPPCC political consultation and promote the modernization of national governance, we must unswervingly follow the road of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics, and strive to strengthen the construction and institutionalization of the main body, standardization and procedural construction. Strengthen form innovation and culture cultivation.
