【摘要】：随着中国现代国家建设进程的推进,国家治理体系与治理能力现代化在十八大以来日渐提上中国共产党治国理政的政治议程。习近平从国家治理的格局、方略与使命三个维度,在理论上对治国理政做出重要论述。国家治理的历史观、时代观与发展观在"四个全面"战略布局路线图中逐一体现在为实现"两个一百年"、走向中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的奋斗目标中。探索国家治理的现实实践,学习习近平关于治国理政的论述,是国家治理现代化的重要内容与客观要求。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of China's modern national construction, the modernization of the national governance system and governance ability has been put on the political agenda of the Communist Party of China (CPC) since the 18th National Congress. From the three dimensions of national governance pattern, strategy and mission, Xi Jinping makes an important exposition on governance in theory. The concept of history, the view of time and the view of development of national governance are reflected in the road map of "four comprehensive" strategic layout one by one in the struggle goal of realizing "two hundred years" and moving towards the great rejuvenation of Chinese Dream of the Chinese nation. It is an important content and objective requirement for the modernization of national governance to explore the practical practice of national governance and study the discussion of governing and managing by Xi Jinping.
