马、恩“人民主体”思想在党的“十八大”以来的实践创新研究

【摘要】：马、恩“人民主体”思想是一个随着社会实践的深入而不断发展完善的动态过程。它作为马克思主义的理论内核,科学地诠释了人民群众在历史发展和社会变革中的地位和作用,对发挥人民的主体性,实现人的自由全面发展有着深刻的方法论意义。中国共产党始终坚持马、恩“人民主体”的立场,在革命、建设和改革开放的实践中,以人民的利益为根本,以人民的力量为依托,促进了马、恩“人民主体”思想的中国化,增强了人民的主体认知,切实维护发展了人民群众的利益,加快了我国社会的文明进步。本文对马、恩“人民主体”思想进行了理论溯源、深挖其本质内涵,对马、恩“人民主体”思想的中国化以及当前我国人民主体建设存在的问题进行了深入分析。在此基础上,结合党的“十八大”以来的一系列新论断、新举措,探讨了新一代领导集体对马、恩“人民主体”思想的实践创新及其重要意义。本文从纵向分析和横向拓展两个维度上,主要进行了以下三方面的研究:第一部分:马、恩“人民主体”思想的相关概述。该部分主要对马、恩“人民主体”思想的理论渊源与哲学基础进行挖掘,概括马、恩“人民主体”思想的重要内涵。在梳理总结马、恩“人民主体”思想中国化发展脉络的同时,对当前我国人民主体建设面临的问题进行了深刻分析。第二部分:“十八大”以来中国共产党人对马、恩“人民主体”思想的实践创新。这是本文研究的重点和难点。本部分从“群众路线教育实践活动、反腐倡廉、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、推进国家治理现代化以及实现中国梦”五个方面,论述了新时期中国共产党人对马、恩“人民主体”思想的实践创新,以探究新一代中央领导集体如何创造性地运用马、恩“人民主体”思想破解时代难题,加强人民主体地位,保障人民主体权益,把人民主体意志转化为攻坚克难、深化改革的本质力量。第三部分:马、恩“人民主体”思想在党的“十八大”以来实践创新的意义。该部分从理论和现实的双重角度,分析了马、恩“人民主体”思想在党的“十八大”以来实践创新的重要意义,对“十八大”以来中国共产党人实践创新马、恩“人民主体”思想的理论方针和举措路径进行客观评价和肯定,以起总结全文、升华主题的作用。
[Abstract]:Ma, en's thought of "people's subject" is a dynamic process with the deepening of social practice. As the theoretical kernel of Marxism, it scientifically interprets the position and role of the masses in the historical development and social change, and has profound methodological significance for giving play to the subjectivity of the people and realizing the free and all-round development of human beings. In the practice of revolution, construction, reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China has always adhered to the position of Ma and en as "the main body of the people." in the practice of revolution, construction, and reform and opening up, the people's interests were taken as the foundation and the people's strength was relied on, thus promoting the localization of Ma's and en's "people's subject" thinking. It has strengthened the people's cognition of the subject, safeguarded and developed the interests of the people, and speeded up the civilization and progress of our society. This paper makes a theoretical trace to Ma and en's thought of "people's subject", deeply excavates its essential connotation, and analyzes deeply the localization of Ma and en's thought of "people's subject" and the problems existing in the construction of people's subject in our country at present. On this basis, combined with a series of new judgments and measures since the 18th National Congress of the Party, this paper probes into the practical innovation and important significance of the new generation of leading groups to the thought of "the people as the main body" of Ma and en. This article mainly carries on the following three aspects research from the vertical analysis and the horizontal expansion two dimensions: the first part: Ma, en "the people main body" the related summary. This part mainly excavates the theoretical origin and philosophical basis of Ma, en's thought of "people's subject", and generalizes the important connotation of Ma and en's thought of "people's subject". While combing and summing up the development of Ma and en's thought of "people's subject" in China, this paper makes a profound analysis of the problems facing the construction of people's subject in our country at the same time. The second part: the Chinese Communists' practice innovation to Ma and en's thought of "people's subject" since the 18th National Congress. This is the focus and difficulty of this paper. This part discusses the Chinese Communists' views on horse in the new period from the five aspects of "mass line education practice, anti-corruption, cultivation and practice of socialist core values, promoting the modernization of national governance and realization of Chinese Dream". In order to explore how the new generation of central leading collectives creatively use horses, en's thought of "people's main body" to solve the difficult problems of the times, to strengthen the status of the people's main body, and to protect the rights and interests of the people's subject, The will of the main body of the people will be transformed into overcoming difficulties and deepening the essential force of reform. The third part: the significance of practice and innovation of Ma and en's thought of "people's subject" since the 18th National Congress of the CPC. This part analyzes the significance of Ma and en's thought of "people's subject" in practice innovation since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China from the angle of theory and reality, and the horse of practical innovation for Chinese communists since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In order to sum up the full text and sublimate the theme, the theoretical policy and action path of the thought of "people's subject" are objectively evaluated and affirmed.
