农村留守儿童道德教育对策研究

【摘要】:农村留守儿童问题是我国社会转型和户籍制度束缚双重作用下的时代产物。随着人们日益增长的物质文化需要,越来越多的农村劳动力向城市转移,但是他们却无法获得市民身份,不能享受城市各项福利,不得不与子女分离,就这样,造成了子女的“留守”。近些年,有关农村留守儿童的各种报道见诸于大众及网络媒体,使人们更加了解他们真实的生活状态。党和政府、社会高度重视,并给予这一群体很多的帮助和关爱。农村留守儿童正处于人生成长的重要阶段,就目前来看,我们应该更加关注留守儿童的道德发展问题。因为它直接关系着整个社会的道德质量。现阶段农村留守儿童道德存在道德认知模糊、道德情感淡漠、道德意志薄弱、道德行为失范这四个方面问题,如果任由留守儿童的道德状况自由发展,将会造成不利的后果。不仅不利于留守儿童的自身成长,而且也不利于社会主义新农村建设。因此,对农村留守儿童进行道德教育显得尤为必要。本文对此展开了系统研究,采用问卷的方式进行调研,对调查数据汇总整理,并进行实证分析,在此基础上提出了改进农村留守儿童道德教育的具体建议。本文主要包括以下研究内容:第一部分,介绍了研究的目的与意义,并详细阐述了有关农村留守儿童问题的国内外研究现状。第二部分,界定了相关概念,阐释了本文所依托的基础理论,包括儿童心理学中的人格发展理论、皮亚杰的儿童道德发展阶段理论、马克思主义灌输理论,并分析了农村留守儿童产生的缘由以及农村留守儿童道德教育的必要性,为整个论文的研究奠定了坚实的基础。第三部分,对调查问卷获取的大量数据进行实证分析,了解了目前农村留守儿童道德和道德教育的现状。第四部分,深入分析了农村留守儿童道德教育存在的问题。第五部分,提出了改进农村留守儿童道德教育的具体可行性对策。包括健全相关制度、提升家庭道德教育的实效性、强化学校道德教育功效等。道德滑坡对于整个社会来说是一个巨大的隐患,为了解决农村留守儿童的现实问题,本文对农村留守儿童道德教育进行深入研究,以期改善这一群体道德教育存在的问题,增强道德教育的实效,为政府部门能够科学地制定各种政策提供一定的参考依据,从而有效地促进留守儿童的健康成长。
[Abstract]:The problem of rural left-behind children is the result of the dual function of social transformation and household registration system. With the increasing material and cultural needs of people, more and more rural labors are moving to cities, but they are unable to obtain citizenship, can not enjoy the benefits of the city, and have to be separated from their children. Has created the child's "stay behind". In recent years, various reports about children left behind in rural areas have been published in the mass and online media, making people more aware of their real state of life. The Party and government and society attach great importance to this group and give a lot of help and care. Rural left-behind children are in an important stage of life growth. At present, we should pay more attention to the moral development of left-behind children. Because it is directly related to the moral quality of the whole society. At present, there are four problems in rural left-behind children's morality, such as vague moral cognition, weak moral emotion, weak moral will and abnormal moral behavior. If the moral condition of left-behind children is allowed to develop freely, it will result in adverse consequences. Not only is it not conducive to the growth of children left behind, but also not conducive to the construction of a new socialist countryside. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to carry out moral education for rural left-behind children. This paper carries out a systematic study, adopts the method of questionnaire to investigate, collects and arranges the survey data, and carries on the empirical analysis, and puts forward the concrete suggestions to improve the moral education of the rural left-behind children on this basis. This paper mainly includes the following research contents: the first part introduces the purpose and significance of the study, and elaborates the domestic and foreign research status of rural left-behind children. The second part defines the relevant concepts and explains the basic theories of this paper, including the theory of personality development in child psychology, Piaget's theory of the stage of children's moral development, the theory of Marxist indoctrination. It also analyzes the causes of rural left-behind children and the necessity of moral education of rural left-behind children, which lays a solid foundation for the study of the whole paper. In the third part, a large number of data obtained from the questionnaire are analyzed empirically to understand the current situation of moral and moral education of left-behind children in rural areas. The fourth part deeply analyzes the problems in the moral education of rural left-behind children. In the fifth part, the author puts forward the feasible countermeasures to improve the moral education of rural left-behind children. Including improving the relevant system, improving the effectiveness of family moral education, strengthening the efficacy of school moral education. The moral decline is a huge hidden danger for the whole society. In order to solve the realistic problem of the rural left-behind children, this paper makes a deep research on the moral education of the rural left-behind children in order to improve the problems existing in the moral education of this group. To strengthen the actual effect of moral education, to provide certain reference basis for government departments to formulate various policies scientifically, thus effectively promote the healthy growth of left-behind children.
