心理社会治疗模式下农村留守儿童自卑心理的个案工作介入研究

【摘要】：随着我国城市化进程的持续推进,城乡之间的收入差距和教育差距逐步拉大,农村留守儿童在城乡二元结构背景下处于一种弱势地位。与城市儿童和流动儿童相比,农村留守儿童存在更加严重的自卑心理。已有研究多在问题视角下开展工作,笔者则尝试一种遵循社会工作助人自助理念的干预思路。本文以阿德勒的自卑理论为理论基础,采用参与式观察法和深度访谈法这两种定性的分析方法,并运用直接治疗与间接治疗相结合的实务方法,对一个农村留守儿童的自卑心理进行心理社会治疗模式介入。心理社会治疗模式介入的具体过程主要分为预热阶段、直接治疗阶段、间接治疗阶段和回顾阶段等四个阶段。从心理社会治疗模式的会谈介入过程和效果评估结果来看,个案介入的预期目标基本实现,即案主的自卑心理得到缓解,同时案主及其家庭恢复了正常的生活。最后,笔者总结出关于自卑心理的四个方面的克服策略,即合理宣泄策略、体验式理解策略、精神鼓励策略以及积极补偿策略,并反思心理社会治疗模式这种传统个案工作模式在农村留守儿童群体中仍然存在的实务指导空间,为农村社会工作者、农村教育工作者及相关实践提供借鉴与经验支持,具有一定的理论意义与现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of urbanization in China, the income gap and education gap between urban and rural areas are gradually widening. Children left behind in rural areas are in a weak position under the background of urban-rural dual structure. Compared with urban children and migrant children, rural left-behind children have more serious inferiority complex. Most of the studies have been carried out from the perspective of problems, and the author tries to follow the idea of social work to help others help themselves. Based on Adler's inferiority complex theory, this paper adopts two qualitative analysis methods: participatory observation method and depth interview method, and uses the practical method of combining direct and indirect treatment. The psycho-social therapy model is involved in the inferiority complex of a rural left-behind child. The specific process of psycho-social therapy intervention is divided into four stages: preheating stage, direct treatment stage, indirect treatment stage and retrospect stage. According to the process of psycho-social treatment and the result of effect evaluation, the expected goal of individual intervention is basically realized, that is, the inferiority complex of the victim is alleviated, and the victim and his family return to normal life at the same time. Finally, the author summarizes four strategies of overcoming inferiority complex, which are rational catharsis strategy, experiential understanding strategy, spiritual encouragement strategy and positive compensation strategy. And reflect on the psycho-social treatment model, the traditional case work model still exists in the rural left-behind children groups of practical guidance space, for rural social workers, rural educators and related practices to provide reference and experience support. It has certain theoretical and practical significance.
