网络游戏社会性规制的路径论析

【摘要】：网络游戏的蓬勃发展创造了巨大经济价值,同时也引发了许多严重的社会问题,需要对网络游戏进行有效的规制。社会性规制作为网络游戏规制的重要组成部分,不仅要体现经济性目标与社会性目标的和谐统一,而且要充分发挥多元主体在规制内的联动作用。结合网络游戏所产生的现实问题,学校、家庭、网络游戏行业、社会组织、新闻媒体在社会性规制的框架内应当建立有效的沟通协调机制,从而实现网络游戏社会性规制的最终目标——网络游戏经济效益和社会效益的有机统一。
[Abstract]:The vigorous development of online games has created enormous economic value, but also caused many serious social problems, so it is necessary to regulate online games effectively. As an important part of online game regulation, social regulation should not only embody the harmony and unity of economic and social goals, but also give full play to the interaction of multiple subjects within regulation. In combination with the practical problems arising from online games, schools, families, the online game industry, social organizations and news media should establish effective communication and coordination mechanisms within the framework of social regulation. In order to achieve the ultimate goal of social regulation of online games-the organic unity of economic and social benefits of online games.
