【摘要】：建设生态文明,是党中央作出的重大决策,是深入贯彻科学发展观的内在要求,是关系人民福祉、关乎民族未来大计,事关“两个一百年”奋斗目标和中华民族的永续发展。党的十八大以来,中国共产党围绕生态文明建设提出了一系列理论,这些理论不仅是新时期我国生态文明建设实践的重要指南,同时也是中国共产党生态文明建设理论、马克思主义生态文明建设理论的重要内容。当前,系统总结十八大以来中国共产党生态文明建设理论新发展无疑具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文探讨了十八大以来中国共产党生态文明建设理论新发展问题。首先,阐述了论文选题的背景、研究的意义和国内外研究现状,说明了论文的研究思路、内容和研究方法。其次,理清了生态文明概念提出的背景及内涵,阐明了中国共产党生态文明建设理论的源与流和十八大以前中国共产党生态文明建设理论的实践与理论发展。再次,系统分析了十八大以来中国共产党生态文明建设理论新发展的现实背景、主要内容,其中现实背景主要包括:转型期中国生态危机现状亟待生态文明建设理论新发展、全面建成小康社会期盼生态文明建设理论新发展、构建和谐社会呼唤生态文明建设理论新发展、西方生态殖民主义威胁需要生态文明建设理论新发展;主要内容包括理念和方针的进一步更新、战略与布局的进一步调整、制度与机制的进一步完善、途径与措施的进一步突破。最后,阐明了十八大以来中国共产党生态文明建设理论新发展的意义和启示,其中意义包括进一步发展了马克思主义生态文明理论与中国特色社会主义理论体系、进一步完善了“五位一体”总布局,为深化改革奠定更加坚实的基础、进一步改善了人民群众的生态环境,为实现“中国梦”增添强大动力;启示主要包括生态文明建设必须提到执政合法性的高度来认识和建设,生态文明建设要突破利益链条的控制,生态文明建设过程不可能一劳永逸,必须长抓不懈。
[Abstract]:The construction of ecological civilization is a major decision made by the Party Central Committee. It is the internal requirement of the Scientific Outlook on Development, the well-being of the people, the future of the nation, the goal of the "two one hundred years" and the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. Since the party's eighteen party, the Communist Party of China has put forward a series of theories around the construction of ecological civilization. These theories are not only an important guide for the construction of ecological civilization in our country in the new period, but also the important content of the theory of the ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China and the theory of the construction of the ecological civilization of Marx. At present, it is undoubtedly very important to systematically summarize the new development of the theory of the construction of ecological culture and Ming in the eighteen major Communist Party of China. This paper discusses the new development of the theory of ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China since the eighteen major countries. First, it expounds the background of the topic, the significance of the research and the status of the research at home and abroad, and explains the research ideas, contents and methods of the thesis. Finally, the significance and Enlightenment of the new development of the theory of ecological civilization construction of the Communist Party of China have been clarified, including the further development of the Marx theory of ecological civilization and the social owner of Chinese characteristics. The theoretical system of righteousness further perfected the general layout of the "five in one", laid a more solid foundation for the deepening of the reform, further improved the ecological environment of the people, and added a strong impetus to the realization of the "Chinese dream", and the Enlightenment of the construction of ecological civilization, including the high awareness and construction of the legal nature of the political cooperation, and the ecological civilization. The construction must break through the control of the interest chain, and the process of ecological civilization construction can not be once and for all.
