新时期养老观更新的研究

【摘要】：伴随着社会转型、经济转轨,人们的养老观不同程度地发生了变化,人们对于如何养老,怎样养老问题进行了不断拷问,究其实质是对人生意义的思考,在文化价值的层面上,对人生价值和生命意义的回答。养老观概括起来就是特定的历史时期,人们在观念层面对如何养老的观念和看法,从国家、家庭、个人三个层次上做出相关的理解和回答。养老观发生了三个阶段的变化,以家庭养老为主被动的养老观,自我养老意识萌生,主动应对养老。通过养老观更新过程的梳理,不仅反映出中国社会文明程度的提高,也反映出养老观认识的提升,同时也使老年人有了对理想养老追求。分析养老观更新中存在的问题,并对其进行原因剖析,从而提出当下养老观更新的对策分析,国家采取积极老龄化政策,家庭营造尊老爱老的环境,老人提高自身养老能力。论文第一部分阐述了新时期养老观更新提出的社会背景,概括总结养老观的含义和特征。论文第二部分通过新时期三个阶段的变化来阐述养老观更新过程,揭示养老观更新过程中存在的问题,并通过问题剖析深层的原因。论文第三部分从国家、家庭、老人自身三个方面,提出当下养老观更新的对策分析。
[Abstract]:With the social transformation and economic transition, people's concept of the aged has changed to different degrees. People have been asking about how to support the aged and how to provide for the aged. The essence of it is to think about the significance of life, and on the level of cultural value. An answer to the value and meaning of life. To sum up the concept of the aged is a specific historical period, people in the concept level of how to support the elderly concept and view, from the national, family, personal three levels to make the relevant understanding and answer. There are three stages of changes in the concept of old-age support, the passive concept of family old-age support, the emergence of self-endowment consciousness, and the active response to the old-age care. Through the review of the process of the renewal of the concept of the aged, it not only reflects the improvement of the Chinese social civilization, but also reflects the improvement of the cognition of the concept of the aged, at the same time, it also makes the elderly have the pursuit of the ideal old-age care. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the renewal of the concept of the aged, and analyzes the reasons for the renewal of the concept of the aged, and puts forward the countermeasures for the renewal of the concept of the aged at present. The first part of the paper expounds the social background of the renewal of the concept of the aged in the new period, and summarizes the meaning and characteristics of the concept of the aged. In the second part, through the changes of three stages in the new period, the paper expounds the process of the renewal of the concept of the aged, reveals the problems existing in the process of the renewal of the concept of the aged, and analyzes the deep reasons through the problems. The third part of the paper from the country, family, the elderly themselves three aspects, put forward the current concept of the aged updated countermeasures.
