企业社区和谐构建的途径研究

【摘要】：论文选取企业社区和谐构建的途径为研究对象,基于实践意义和理论意义两个方面展开研究。实践意义：社会上企业与社区之间矛盾纷争不断,制约了社会主义和谐社会的构建,本文在前人研究的基础上,通过调查和研究,对企业社区之间的矛盾产生原因进行归纳总结,并对矛盾解决途径进行研究,希望在今后的企业社区关系管理上提供参考,尽早实现企业社区的和谐构建。理论意义：实现社会主义和谐社会是中共中央的重要战略,而企业社区的和谐构建对实现社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。如何处理企业社区之间的矛盾,实现企业社区和谐建设,对于政府公共管理、企业可持续发展和社区良性建设都极为重要,对于全社会的和谐更是起到举足轻重的作用。本研究一定程度上丰富了企业社区关系管理理论,为企业社区矛盾纠纷化解途径提供参考,为社会主义和谐社会构建贡献绵薄之力。第1章交代了论文的研究背景,研究的选题意义以及研究方法、技术路线,研究思路、内容安排、文献综述和本文的创新和不足之处。第2章介绍企业社区和谐构建的相关理论基础,包括和谐及和谐社会的内涵、企业与社区和谐等理论,为论文做理论铺垫。第3章提出问题,归纳总结企业社区矛盾的主要类型是由经济利益冲突、生态环境破坏和贫富差距造成的,并对矛盾产生原因进行挖掘,主要是企业的社会责任问题,包括企业自身原因和外部因素。第4章解决问题,针对企业社区的矛盾根源,从加强企业社会责任意识、创建服务型政府、建立健全社会责任标准、审计体系、改善企业社区关系管理模式等方面进行改进,通过以上途径,化解企业社区矛盾,实现企业社区的和谐构建。第5章结论与展望,论文结论明确了企业社区和谐构建途径,并对未来提出期望,期望中国企业能够采用现代企业的管理模式和经营模式,着眼未来,不断良性发展壮大。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the way of harmonious construction of enterprise community as the research object, based on the practical and theoretical significance of the study. Practical significance: the contradictions and disputes between enterprises and communities in society constantly restrict the construction of a harmonious socialist society. This paper sums up the causes of the contradictions among the enterprise communities and studies the ways to solve the contradictions in order to provide reference for the management of the enterprise community relations in the future and to realize the harmonious construction of the enterprise communities as soon as possible. Theoretical significance: the realization of a harmonious socialist society is an important strategy of the CPC Central Committee, and the harmonious construction of the enterprise community is of great significance to the realization of the socialist harmonious society. How to deal with the contradiction between the enterprise communities and realize the harmonious construction of the enterprise community is very important for the government public management, the sustainable development of the enterprise and the benign construction of the community, and plays an important role in the harmony of the whole society. To some extent, this study enriches the theory of enterprise community relationship management, provides a reference for resolving the conflicts and disputes in the enterprise community, and contributes a little to the construction of a harmonious socialist society. The first chapter describes the research background, research significance, research methods, technical routes, research ideas, content arrangements, literature review, innovation and shortcomings of this paper. The second chapter introduces the related theoretical basis of harmonious construction of enterprise community, including the connotation of harmonious and harmonious society, the harmonious theory of enterprise and community, etc. The third chapter puts forward the question, summarizes the main types of the enterprise community contradiction is caused by the conflict of economic interest, the ecological environment destruction and the gap between the rich and the poor, and excavates the causes of the contradiction, mainly the corporate social responsibility. Including the enterprise's own reasons and external factors. Chapter 4 solves the problem, aiming at the root of the contradiction of the enterprise community, from strengthening the sense of corporate social responsibility, establishing the service-oriented government, establishing and perfecting the standard of social responsibility, auditing system, improving the management mode of corporate community relationship, etc. Through the above way, resolve the contradiction of enterprise community, realize the harmonious construction of enterprise community. Chapter 5: conclusion and prospect, the paper makes clear the way of harmonious construction of enterprise community, and puts forward the expectation to the future, hoping that Chinese enterprises can adopt the management mode and management mode of modern enterprise, look forward to the future and continue to develop healthily.
