基于互联网平台的住宅小区养护医一体化养老模式的探讨

【摘要】：2010年广州市65岁及以上人口占常住人口6.6%,广州市面临着严峻的老龄化挑战。本文首先通过分析发达国家及我国的养老模式,发现我国现有养老模式的核心问题是"养、护、医"分离。其次,提出以创新改革的方式解决该难题,提出建立给予互联网平台的住宅小区养护医一体化养老模式,以护理站为模式中心,使养老服务、医疗服务和护理服务依托互联网平台得到有效衔接。最后,结合广州市的现实需求、政策支持以及护理人力资源的状况,对该模式的实施进行可行性探讨。
[Abstract]:In 2010, the population aged 65 and above accounted for 6.6% of the resident population in Guangzhou. Guangzhou is facing a severe challenge of aging. Firstly, by analyzing the pension models in developed countries and China, it is found that the core problem of the current old-age pension model in China is the separation of "raising, nursing and medical care". Secondly, the paper puts forward to solve this problem by innovative reform, and puts forward the establishment of an integrated old-age pension model of maintenance and medicine in residential areas with Internet platform, taking the nursing station as the model center to make the old-age service. Medical services and nursing services rely on the Internet platform to effectively link up. Finally, the feasibility of the implementation of the model is discussed by combining the actual needs of Guangzhou, policy support and the situation of nursing human resources.
