邓小平共同富裕思想及其当代价值

【摘要】：千百年来,人们对于共同富裕充满了渴望与希冀,共同富裕是邓小平理论的重要内容,是我国社会主义社会长期奋斗的最终理想和目标。纵观历史,曾有无数国家领导人对共同富裕进行了努力求索。今天,邓小平共同富裕思想更是为解决我国快速发展带来的新机遇、新挑战奠定基础,提供支撑。通过重温和深度挖掘邓小平共同富裕思想,清晰的认识其理论发展脉络,正确把握其科学内涵,探索其在当代社会发展过程中的价值,以此来为解决我国发展中所面临的矛盾和问题提供理论支撑,促进社会经济快速发展,进一步推进共同富裕社会理想目标的实现。文章共分为四个部分:第一部分为引言,概括了论文的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路与方法、研究的创新与不足之处。第二部分论述邓小平共同富裕的形成背景、理论基础及形成过程。其形成背景方面,主要从国际背景和国内背景两个方面进行解说;理论基础方面,从中华优秀传统文化、空想社会主义者、马克思、恩格斯、列宁、斯大林、毛泽东这几个方面出发,对其中包含的共同富裕思想以及它们对邓小平共同富裕思想形成的影响进行论述;形成过程方面,从邓小平共同富裕思想的孕育、形成、成熟三个方面进行探讨,为后人研究邓小平理论提供借鉴。第三部分论述邓小平共同富裕思想的内涵。根据邓小平相关理论从六个方面进行论述,一是邓小平共同富裕思想具有双重性;二是共同富裕彰显社会主义本质要求;三是实现共同富裕的基础是发展生产力;四是避免两极分化是实现共同富裕的前提条件;五是共同富裕的实现途径是先富带动后富,最终达到共富;六是共同富裕是中国共产党为人民服务宗旨的体现。第四部分论述其当代价值。邓小平共同富裕思想奠定我国实现共同富裕的理论基础;提供我国实现共同富裕的制度保障;坚持协调发展理念,推进城乡区域协调发展;坚持共享发展理念,推进民生建设;推进法制建设和思想道德建设。在邓小平共同富裕思想的基础上,我国领导人紧跟时代创新为实现共同富裕进行了一系列的实践探索,提出创新性的理论政策,为完成“十三五规划”、全面建成小康社会、实现中国梦提供强大的理论支撑。因此,对邓小平共同富裕思想的研究还是很符合我国社会发展形势的,对于推动我国走向共同富裕道路很有现实意义。
[Abstract]:For thousands of years, people have been full of desire and hope for common prosperity. Common prosperity is an important content of Deng Xiaoping theory and the ultimate ideal and goal of our socialist society for a long time. Throughout history, there have been countless national leaders seeking common prosperity. Today, the idea of common prosperity of Deng Xiaoping lays the foundation and provides support for solving the new opportunities and challenges brought by the rapid development of our country. By reviewing and digging into Deng Xiaoping's thought of common prosperity, we can clearly understand its theoretical development, correctly grasp its scientific connotation, and explore its value in the process of contemporary social development. In order to solve the contradictions and problems in the development of our country to provide theoretical support, promote the rapid development of social economy, and further promote the realization of the ideal goal of common prosperity society. The article is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which summarizes the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and methods, research innovation and shortcomings. The second part discusses the formation background, theoretical basis and formation process of Deng Xiaoping common prosperity. The background of its formation is mainly explained from two aspects: international background and domestic background; theoretical basis, from Chinese excellent traditional culture, utopian socialists, Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, Starting from these aspects of Mao Zedong, this paper discusses the ideas of common prosperity contained therein and their influence on the formation of the thought of common prosperity of Deng Xiaoping. In the forming process, it is formed from the gestation and formation of the thought of common prosperity of Deng Xiaoping. Mature three aspects of the discussion, for future generations to study the Deng Xiaoping theory to provide reference. The third part discusses the connotation of Deng Xiaoping's thought of common prosperity. According to the relevant theories of Deng Xiaoping, this paper discusses from six aspects: first, the dual nature of Deng Xiaoping's thought of common prosperity; second, the manifestation of socialist essential requirements of common prosperity; third, the foundation of realizing common prosperity is the development of productive forces; Fourth, avoiding polarization is the prerequisite for realizing common prosperity; fifth, the way to achieve common prosperity is to lead the rich first, and finally to achieve common prosperity; sixth, common prosperity is the embodiment of the CPC's purpose of serving the people. The fourth part discusses its contemporary value. The idea of Deng Xiaoping common prosperity lays the theoretical foundation for our country to realize common prosperity; provides the system guarantee for our country to realize common prosperity; adheres to the concept of coordinated development, promotes the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, adheres to the concept of shared development, and promotes the construction of people's livelihood. We will promote the building of the legal system and ideological and moral construction. On the basis of Deng Xiaoping's thought of common prosperity, our leaders followed the innovation of the times to carry out a series of practical explorations to realize common prosperity, and put forward innovative theoretical policies, in order to complete the 13th Five-Year Plan and build a well-off society in an all-round way. The realization of Chinese Dream provides powerful theoretical support. Therefore, the study of Deng Xiaoping's thought of common prosperity accords with the social development situation of our country, and has practical significance to push our country to the road of common prosperity.
