我国异地养老市场面临的困境和对策

【摘要】：目前我国异地养老市场发展中仍面临较多困境,包括老龄人养老观念、国家医疗保障制度、养老机构安全保障、养老专业人才等方面问题。对此,我国政府应充分依循市场规律,积极改革壁垒性的医保制度,出台异地养老市场发展的支持政策,搭建异地养老服务网络化公共平台,引导旗舰型企业培育壮大,加快专业化人才队伍培养,以此推动异地养老市场又好又快发展。
[Abstract]:At present, there are still many difficulties in the development of the old-age care market in China, including the concept of the aged, the national medical security system, the security of the old-age institutions, and the professional talents for the aged, and so on. In view of this, our government should follow the law of the market, actively reform the barrier medical insurance system, introduce the supporting policy of the development of the pension market in different places, set up the network public platform of the pension service in different places, and guide the flag ship-based enterprises to grow stronger. Speed up the training of specialized talents, so as to promote the development of the pension market in different places.
