习近平社会建设思想的理论创新与精神实质

【摘要】：习近平社会建设思想直面经济社会发展不平衡这个制约我国改革发展稳定的结构性因素和深层次问题,在改革开放特别是十六大以来中国特色社会主义社会建设既有理论成果的基础上,形成了包括大民生观、大治理观、大安全观等在内一系列理论创新成果,初步回答了政府与社会的关系、民生与发展的关系、人民与国家安全的关系等重大理论问题,把中国特色社会主义社会建设理论提升到一个新境界。习近平社会建设思想的核心立场和精神实质是人民中心主义,人民中心主义是发展观与社会观的有机统一,包括民本论、民权论、民利论、民安论、民为论等基本内容。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's thoughts on social construction directly confront the imbalance in economic and social development, which is a structural factor and a deep-seated problem that restricts the stability of China's reform and development. On the basis of the existing theoretical achievements in the construction of a socialist society with Chinese characteristics since the reform and opening up, especially since the 16th National Congress, a series of theoretical innovations including the concept of the people's livelihood, the concept of great governance, the view of great security, etc., have been formed. Some important theoretical questions, such as the relationship between the government and society, the relationship between people's livelihood and development, and the relationship between the people and national security, have been answered, and the theory of building a socialist society with Chinese characteristics has been promoted to a new level. The core stand and spiritual essence of Xi Jinping's thought of social construction is people centrism, which is the organic unity of the concept of development and the view of society, including the basic contents of people-oriented theory, civil rights theory, people benefit theory, people security theory, people oriented theory, and so on.
