中国特色社会主义制度的人民性及优化路径研究

【摘要】：中国特色社会主义制度以马克思主义理论为指导,结合中国实际,坚持人民的主体地位,坚持人民的利益取向,坚持人民的评价标准,具有深刻的人民性内涵。人民性是中国特色社会主义制度的优势所在,研究制度的人民性及优化路径对于中国特色社会主义制度的发展和坚定制度自信具有十分重要的理论意义和实践价值。本研究结合纵横两种研究角度对中国特色社会主义制度的人民性进行深刻探讨。通过梳理历届中央领导集体制度设计的历史卷轴,总结中国特色社会主义制度在形成和发展过程中的人民性体现;通过对比不同的制度,发掘中国特色社会主义制度在政体、政党制度和国家梦想等方面的人民性优势。本研究坚持“五位一体”总布局的战略思想,坚持五大发展理念,坚持立足于人民、依靠于人民、谋事为人民的实践原则,从经济、政治、文化、社会、生态五个方面进一步综合探寻了中国特色社会主义制度的人民性的优化路径。人民性的优化符合中国特色社会主义制度的发展要求和价值取向,有利于进一步发挥制度的优越性,从而提升广大干部群众坚定制度自信、道路自信、理论自信、文化自信的决心,最终实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。
[Abstract]:The socialist system with Chinese characteristics is guided by Marxist theory, combined with Chinese reality, adheres to the main position of the people, adheres to the interests orientation of the people, and adheres to the evaluation standard of the people, which has profound connotation of the people. People's character is the advantage of socialist system with Chinese characteristics. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the characteristics of people and optimize the path of system for the development of socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the determination of confidence in the system. This research combines the vertical and horizontal research angles to deeply discuss the people's character of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. By combing the historical scroll of the design of the central collective leadership system, this paper sums up the people's embodiment of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the process of formation and development, and by comparing the different systems, excavates the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the polity. Party system and national dream and other aspects of the people's advantage. This research adheres to the strategic thought of the overall layout of "five in one", the five development concepts, and the practical principles of standing on the people, relying on the people and seeking for the people, from the economic, political, cultural, social, economic, political, cultural, social, Ecological five aspects of the further comprehensive exploration of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics of the people's optimization path. The optimization of the people's character conforms to the development requirements and value orientation of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and is conducive to further exerting the superiority of the system, thereby enhancing the broad masses of cadres and masses to have firm institutional confidence, road confidence, and theoretical self-confidence. The determination of cultural confidence, the ultimate realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream.
