中国在非洲的形象取决于“非洲的中国成功故事”

【摘要】：正近年来,中非关系深入发展,贸易、投资规模的扩大使中国对非关系硬实力得到显著提升,但中国依然缺乏将硬实力转化为软实力、巧实力的工具。中国在非洲广大群众当中依然缺乏公众吸引力。鉴于中非之间的文化差异,中非关系应当在官方的政府间平台以外开辟空间,以努力在双边关系中推进建设软实力和公共外交。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of Sino-African relations and the expansion of trade and investment scale have greatly enhanced the hard power of China's relationship with Africa, but China still lacks the tools to convert hard power into soft power and skillful power. China still lacks public appeal among the masses in Africa. Given the cultural differences between China and Africa, China-Africa relations should open up space beyond the official intergovernmental platform in an effort to build soft power and public diplomacy in bilateral relations.
