新发展理念的理论创新与实践意义

【摘要】：党的十八届五中全会提出的"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的新发展理念,是对马克思主义发展理论和中外发展理论的综合创新。从实践逻辑上来看,新发展理念对新常态背景下的发展目标、发展范式、发展主体等重大问题进行了解答。可以说,新发展理念是引领我国新的历史时期科学发展的行动指南,是实现全面建成小康社会,有效应对各种风险、困难和挑战的强大精神武器和思想保证。
[Abstract]:The new development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing" put forward by the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee is a comprehensive innovation of Marxist development theory and Chinese and foreign development theory. From the perspective of practice logic, the new concept of development has answered the major problems such as the development goal, the development paradigm, the development subject and so on under the background of the new normal. It can be said that the new concept of development is the guide to scientific development in the new historical period of our country. It is a powerful spiritual weapon and ideological guarantee to realize the overall construction of a well-off society and to effectively cope with various risks, difficulties and challenges.
