中国农村集中养老问题研究

【摘要】：当前，人口老龄化已经成为世界各个国家共同关注的焦点问题。我国是世界上的农业大国、人口大国，二十一世纪我国将进入人口老龄化、高龄化等各种矛盾的全面爆发期。在我国，有70%以上的老年人口主要分布在农村，和城市养老问题相比较来说，农村的养老问题更加突出，因为农村不仅老年人存在的数量大，而且老年化的程度也要比城市高。如今，，随着我国老龄化进程的不断推进，中国农村传统的养老模式供给能力已经远远无法满足庞大的养老需求，为解决农村养老难问题，应拓宽思路，找出一条更好的养老方式，所以加强集中养老的研究势在必行。 本文主要分为五个部分： 第一部分：绪论。在这一部分，主要介绍本文的研究背景及意义、研究现状、研究方法、论文的框架结构、研究创新点。 第二部分：中国农村集中养老问题概述。在这一部分，主要对农村集中养老的概念及作用和农村集中养老事业发展的背景进行了简要论述。 第三部分：中国农村集中养老的理论基础。在这一部分，主要对中国传统文化蕴含的农村集中养老理论、马克思、恩格斯、列宁关于集中养老问题的相关理论、中国共产党领导人对于集中养老问题的理论探索进行了具体阐述。 第四部分：中国农村集中养老事业的发展现状。在这一部分，首先介绍了中国农村集中养老事业的发展历程，然后分别对中国农村集中养老事业的成就以及中国农村集中养老事业存在的问题进行了详细分析。 第五部分：中国农村集中养老事业的发展对策。在这一部分，主要从转变农村集中养老观念、完善农村集中养老的机制建设、探索中国特色的农村集中养老模式等方面进行了论述。
[Abstract]:At present, the aging of the population has become the focus of attention of all countries in the world. China is a large agricultural country and a large country with population in the world. In the 21 century, China will enter the period of population aging and aging. In our country, more than 70% of the elderly population are mainly distributed in the countryside. Compared with the urban old-age problem, the rural old-age problem is more prominent, because the rural areas not only exist a large number of elderly, but also the degree of aging is higher than the urban. Nowadays, with the development of aging in our country, the supply capacity of the traditional old-age model in China is far from meeting the huge demand for the aged. In order to solve the problem of the rural old-age problem, we should broaden our thinking. Find out a better way to provide for the aged, so it is imperative to strengthen the research of centralized pension. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part: introduction. In this part, it mainly introduces the research background and significance, research status, research methods, frame structure, research innovation. Part two: an overview of the problem of centralized pension in China's rural areas. In this part, the concept and function of rural centralized old-age care and the background of rural centralized pension development are briefly discussed. The third part: the theoretical basis of the centralized pension in rural China. In this part, it mainly deals with the theory of rural centralized old-age support contained in Chinese traditional culture, Marx, Engels, Lenin's related theories on the issue of centralized old-age support. The Chinese Communist Party leader has carried on the concrete elaboration to the concentration old age question theory exploration. The fourth part: the development present situation of the rural centralized pension in China. In this part, the author first introduces the development process of rural centralized old-age pension in China, and then analyzes the achievements of rural centralized old-age pension in China and the problems existing in rural centralized old-age care in China. The fifth part: the development countermeasure of China's rural centralized pension. In this part, mainly from the transformation of the concept of rural centralized pension, improve the rural centralized pension mechanism construction, explore the Chinese characteristics of rural centralized old-age pension model and other aspects of the discussion.
